Today we are excited to step into a new area of sport and
movement with Krav Maga. Essentially Krav Maga is a self-defence
method that is different from 'martial arts' in that there are no
rules or competitions. It is focused on self-defence and,
interestingly, on being aware and present in the moment to avoid
risky situations.
Peter was apprehensive with violence but came away really
excited about the ideas Dan shared today. We hope you enjoy this
